This year the club has decided to give some awards to members in three different categories. The awards are intended to be a little bit of fun, but also to recognise member’s achievements, and they will take place in the spring after the finish of the current doubles league season.
The awards that have been proposed are as follows.
Team player of the year award
This award is for any member who has played in any of the teams for club matches, and will be voted for by other team players.
Matt Cole coaching award
This is for any member who attends our Saturday playing and coaching sessions at 12-2pm, and the winner will be decided by Matt.
Winton Tennis Club special award
Members may nominate another member for any achievements in or outside the club, and the winner will be decided by the club committee from the nominations received.
